Course content:

Learn to create textures with salt, scratching, and dry brush techniques by painting a loose, abstract landscape and seascape, capturing the flow of sky, water, and trees with these dynamic methods.

Learn how to paint a still life featuring apples and lemons, with an emphasis on capturing light and shadow. You'll practice creating a full range of values to achieve a realistic representation.

Learn how to create depth in watercolor landscapes using wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques, while painting a landscape that represents a specific season and applying color theory to choose a palette that captures its essence.

Paint a calm mountain lake scene, showing the quiet water with the beautiful mountains reflected on it.
