Flatiron District in Manhattan, there are many buildings there and most of them are offices or stores. 889 Broadway was built in 1884 and when it first opened, its primary tenant was the Gorham manufacturing company, who specialized in silver.
The facade of the building is very attractive with an asymmetric brick facade, stone decorative trim and complex ornamentations.
